Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crewzi ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including guests ("Crew Members") and hosts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and be an active or former commercial airline employee, contractor, or verified aviation professional to use Crewzi as a Crew Member guest. Hosts must be 18+ and pass a background check prior to listing. By using the Platform you represent that these conditions are met.

3. Platform Role

Crewzi is a marketplace that connects Crew Member guests with hosts offering short- and medium-term accommodation. Crewzi is not a party to any rental agreement between hosts and guests, does not own any listed property, and is not responsible for the condition, safety, legality, or availability of any listing.

4. Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a booking you authorize the applicable charge. Platform service fees (10%) are non-refundable. Cancellation refunds are governed by the listing's cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) as displayed at time of booking.

5. Host Obligations

Hosts must maintain accurate listing information, pass a background check, comply with local short-term rental laws, and respect quiet hours and house rules. Crewzi may suspend or remove any listing for policy violations, low reviews, or safety concerns without notice.

6. Guest Obligations

Guests must treat listed properties with care, comply with host house rules, and use the Platform only for lawful accommodation purposes. Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest, first-hand, and relate to the actual stay. Crewzi reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, retaliatory, or violate these Terms. Reviews are subject to a mutual 14-day blind window after check-out before publication.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false identity or airline employment information
• Sub-letting or re-booking a listing without host consent
• Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the Platform
• Using the Platform for non-accommodation commercial purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewzi's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Crewzi in the 12 months preceding the claim. Crewzi is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or consequential losses arising from a stay.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except where prohibited by law.
